HOW TO MEASURE YOUR SPACE?

Accurate measurements as indicated in the measuring procedure are the key elements we will need to plan your new house. With this information, our specialists will be able to help design your dream new house!

Use kitchen space for example to explain measure steps below:

What you will need

A tape measure, pencil and paper: preferably graph paper for ease of drawing.

STEP 1: Make the kitchen plan drawing.

Draw a rough outline of your kitchen, record the overall length of each wall, label walls, pillars, windows and doors. Remember to measure clockwise.

STEP 2 : Mark the ceiling height

Measure the ceiling height and write it in the center of your drawing. Ceiling heights, even in the same room, can sometimes vary by as much as several inches. It is better to take measurement in different areas of kitchen. If it varies, write down both the low and high measurements.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

STEP 3 : Label and measure doors and windows

You can begin at the left corner of wall A to measure the first window, door, or wall. Continue clockwise around the room until each wall, window and door has been measured.

STEP 4 : Identify and measure unmovable obstructions

Draw in any obstructions, such as electric outlets, lights switches, sink plumbing, gas meter, gas duct, etc., that you either cannot move or do not want to move. Remember, measure clockwise too. Measure the obstruction and record the width, height, depth and distance to wall or floor of the obstruction on your drawing.

 

TIPS: Label of doors, pillars and windows is purple lines with word; label of unmovable obstructions is black dotted lines with number which show in wall A/B/C/D below.

OPPOLIA package has expert techniques and tools to protect your items for shipping. It is strong enough through layers of packing, you can enjoy buying without worrying about subsequent assembly problems.

OPPOLIA usually uses two methods for kitchen cabinet packing. One is RTA (Ready to assemble) and the other is fully assembled. As to the glass and countertops, we use cartons for packing and reinforce them with wooden frames to avoid breakage in transit.

Procedure：

1. After production and inspection of kitchen cabinets, they will be packed in cartons next. First of all, foamed plastics are placed at the bottom of the carton ready for panels packing.

2. And then, every panel in cartons is separately lined with EPE foam sheets and air bubble films.

3. After finishing that, foamed plastics are placed at the top of the carton to ensure that panels are wrapped very well.

4. Concerning the packing of the glass and countertops, OPPEIN packs them to a carton that is covered with wooden frames. This is particularly important for preventing countertop and glass from breakage during shipment.

5. Without wooden frames, OPPEIN panels in cartons will be bound with rope externally.

6. Every client who bought OPPEIN cabinetry products has a contract number for his order. This contract number and product name will be marked on the outside of each carton before shipment.

7. The regular strong seaworthy Packing is done.

8. Finally, pre-packaged cartons will be unloaded onto the warehouse waiting for shipment.

Warranty Method

1. If you need after sales service, please provide contract number/problem description/problem photo/drawing mark, and send the information to the following after-sales email:  danny@oppoliaus.com

2. After you filed the warranty claim, the defective parts will at our option either be repaired or replaced and we reserve the right to replace defective parts with parts of equal or greater value..

3. If a warranty claim is filed after the product becomes obsolete or discontinued, OPPOLIA will replace the affected component with a replacement component of a similar style based on availability at the time of claim. Warranty starts from OPPOLIA delivery. Product exact warranty time should be confirmed with CSR.
